how much was that quick water?? I bought some epoxy resin thats pretty much the same thing called easycast. it was rather expensive… but could you make a mold for that out of polymer??
Liquid Fimo might work, it is much more translucent than TLS. It is still not perfectly clear so it won’t look nearly as good as this method, but it would be the closest you could get if you weren’t willing to mess with resin or didn’t have access to it.
TLS will NOT work for Jello. It is too cloudy. Water would be just plain resin- no coloring. Check my youtube channel for Krylon Triple thick or do a search for triple thick glaze at google.

Me too! I hate it when some wonderful crafting product comes along and then the manufacturer doesn’t produce it anymore. You spend hours and days/months experimenting with products and then POOF!!! It’s gone ! So frustrating for us miniature artisans!
Krylon told me that they just didn’t have enough demand for it. Some craft supplies company needs to copy their wonderful formula for us mini makers!!!!!!
~sorry for the bad news Angela

They do make the spray on but not the kind that comes in the jar, the brush-on!
Just had to add that
~Thanks for the great videos Angela and the advice!

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
Just to let you all know that I contacted Krylon company and they no longer make the wonderful product triple thick crystal clear glaze! So, Angela just to let you know “Karen” has only 32 jars left that she got from her supplier as soon as I informed her, so everyone go to the link that sells it and stock up while you can!!!! “Karen” asked me to tell everyone who might be interested. Thank you, Wendy

Well yes, I think so. If you go to my youtube channel there is a link to a place that has it. I think it’s around $7. But for the miniature world it will last for years.
Angela
Check my youtube channel for the link to a place that sells Krylon triple thick. And yes, it’s still slightly squishy even with the triple thick.
