Those are fantastic, and look a lot easier to do than I imagined they might be! I’ve been trying to map out some possible ways to make certain fruit canes and I probably would not have done the kiwi this way on my own. Thank you for the tutorial, it’s brilliant and will be very helpful!
If you put it in the refrigerator and let it get cold it will harden up so it doesn’t squish when you slice it. Don’t cook it until after you slice it and put it on your plate or cake.
