I want to build my daughters a dolls house and all the accessories seem to be in 1:12 scale. need to know how big to make the house?

14|Nov|2009 1What 1:12 scale means is 1 inch for every 12 inches. So for example a railing in a house is usally 36″ so in the doll house the railing would need to be 3″s. If it helps most celing in the houses are 8 feet to 10 feet tall. Good luck, it can be lots of fun bulding toy houses. I hope your girls like the house.
