There was a movie I saw a while back where this little girl’s parents did heroine, and she would prepare it for them. Her dad was obsessed with viking stuff, and her mom died one night and they got on a bus and left to her deceased grandmother’s house where the father then dies. The little girl has barbie dolls heads that she talks to, and she falls in love with a much older guy who’s mentally challenged and has an insane sister. What is the movie called?

Pre-teen Jeliza-Rose’s parents are hopeless drug addicts. When pa, rocker Noah, finds ma OD’s, he fears to be charged of homicide and takes her along to his ma’s place, in a desolate country region. With Noah passed out, the girl mentally transfers to a fantasy worlds she and her doll heads enter magically. In its adventures she also stars the crazy locals, notably Dell, her domineering hag ma and adult, but retarded brother Dickens.
