What must your objective function be? Do you want to maximize revenues or do you want to minimize the production costs?
Anyway, whatever your objective function is, the constraints are as follows:
3X + 8Y ≤ 400
20X + 10Y ≤ 100
X &gt; 20 
Y &gt; 10
